3 TIME BACK TO BACK WINNER OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE YEAR- The department from losing over 250k before I started and got to +488k within 5 years by making huge steps year after year in sales and net profit. I implemented several processes and developed a team that was tremendously successful.
PARTS DEPARTMENT OF THE YEAR- I was able to achieve this by taking the department from losing over 60k a year to netting over +55k within a year by refining our processes, using our scale to buy properly to have larger margins and to develop our outside sales business by nearly double. The net gains came from reducing our obsolescence, keeping a quick moving inventory and making a huge impact in our local markets by focusing on outside sales business.
SEVERAL QUARTERLY SALES CONTEST WINNERS- I was the winner of the “The Sales Pursuit”, “Turn Up The Heat” and “Battle For The Belts” sales contests. This was won by being the number one department in the company according to how well you performed to your monthly sales, gross margin and net profit goals. The team I had developed was very competitive and would stay late into the night and come in super early in the morning to make sure we exceeded our goals with myself included.
