Before the folders are filed in the correct spot I make sure all the necessary paperwork for legalities is inside such as; lean/waiver/warranty, paid in full,signed bid, invoice, proposal, credit card info., and paid reciepts. I make sure all previous jobs are neat, organized, have all legal paperwork in them. Served mixed drinks, wine, beer and liquor to customers over 21. Checked I'd for age, also waited tables at the hibachi grill the tables sat 20 around d the grill in the center, when slow you get half of a table so seats ten. Each meal I bring each person soup, salad, and a meat for the grill. Make sure to clear plates as soon as done eating, keep drinks filled, always suggestive sell desert! Other duties prep the salads and soup bowls, clean tables, when opening or closing make sure your section is clean and sanitized, no food on floor.
