ATTENDANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Loudoun County Public Schools
Responsible for processing and maintaining all attendance data for a busy 1700 student high school in Loudoun County, Virginia. Daily responsibilities included checking in students, updating attendance data in Phoenix, monitoring parent submitted attendance and email throughout the day and creating electronic hall passes for students with early dismissals and late arrivals. Sent daily Truancy messages to parents utilizing the Blackboard Mass Communication System and entered daily attendance for students concurrently attending another school. Generated daily attendance reports for staff twice daily, uploaded reports to a staff hyperdoc and ran daily attendance audit reports. Weekly, monthly and yearly attendance reports were generated and reconciled in a timely manner.
Worked closely with the school principal and administrators to implement a paperless attendance system as requested by the principal. Communicated and worked daily with teachers, administrators, Safety and Security Officers and Sheriff’s Resource Officer to monitor and track students with attendance issues. Created bi-weekly Student Absence and Student Tardy reports to assist the Unified Mental Health Team, School Counselors and Assistant Principals in identifying students with attendance concerns.
Served as back up for the front office staff as needed. Assisted with greeting visitors, checking visitors into the Raptor system, answering phones and giving information as needed.

XCEL TEAM AND PRESCHOOL PROGRAM DIRECTOR, APEX GYMNASTICS
Served as the XCEL Team Program Director for 13 years. The team grew from 7 gymnasts to over 100 during my tenure as Director. Scheduling coaches, parent communication and coaching were primary responsibilities of this role. Additionally served as the Preschool Program Director, creating weekly lesson plans for the staff to follow. Taught all levels of classes from Parent/Child through high school.
