Seasoned mortgage professional with 20+ plus years of experience in the mortgage industry. Commissioned Notary. Review income, credit, collateral and various asset types. Including but not limited to paystubs, tax returns, verification of employment. Profit and loss statements. Operating income statements, Business returns. Articles of Incorporation etc.

Assessment of debt-to-income ratio (or DTI), calculation of interest rate and monthly mortgage payment, address any discrepancies or problems in borrowers credit history.

Request additional documentation such as letters of explanation for items in borrowers file such as a lapse in employment or credit references if borrow applied as a foreign national.

Working with loan officers providing information about exactly what is needed to process the borrowers loan application and time frame expectation as to when the borrower might expect an answer.

Extend full approval, conditional approval or denial as per program guidelines with condition list requiring more documentation and explanation.

Underwrite alternative mortgage programs including Community Development Loans (CDL), DSCR production include self-employed and W2 borrowers.
