Took over th Cape Corral store to bring the service level up to par. Hired and trained new staff to bring the service level to the highest point possible starting with the attitude of all staff. I maintained a 16% labor cost and a 29% food cost as well. In the short time I was ther we doubled the Catering revenue. Changing the appearance of the store and overall attitude of the staff leading by example raised our GSP to a steady 93%.
