Compile Payment Applications (AIA) documentation, tracking & reconciliation including retainage tracking.

Produce Subcontract Agreements Schedules/Exhibits based on approved scope and submit to PM for review.

Submittals including research, distribution, log maintenance and tracking.

Review Buyout including; proposal acquisition from subcontractors, screening and background checks, distribute contract documents/bid documents, issue/qualify Requests for Proposals (RFP’s).

Manage and maintain COI as determined by Ownership keep abreast of expirations.

Setup and sustain Project documentation, electronically and hard copy, including data input for all submittal, permit application, certificate and inspection logs.

Verify weekly certified payroll authenticating from subcontractors for MDC.
