All Pacific Mortgage and Northwest Mortgage Advisors – Beaverton, OR – 503-***-**** In this position I worked for two companies simultaneously. I was the doc drawer/funder for both companies but the Assistant Office Manager for only All Pacific Mortgage.

Mortgage Funder/Assistant Office Manager - Preparation of mortgage loan documents based on stringent deadlines, research and knowledge of investor guidelines and procedures, and working with Escrow and Title companies to ensure a smooth signing. Funding mortgage loans required reviewing the signed documents in a very detailed manner to ensure no mistakes, solving any unforeseen issues, and working with the clients and Escrow Company to ensure a smooth closing. Scanning and shipping various aspects of the loan file to both the investing bank and corporate headquarters based on a same day deadline. Verification of client satisfaction at the end of the transaction and reporting to the loan officer of my findings. Creating and mailing thank you gifts and cards with the trust of the loan officers and the taste of the clients in mind. Maintaining loan officer’s client database using ACT, answering multi-phone lines, delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, screening phone calls and walk-in’s for solicitors to free up the Office Manager’s time.
