2022 SUMMIT AWARD WINNER AND 2022 MANAGER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM GRADUATE
I made 2022 Summit by consistently being in the top ten sales performer percentile in my department for the year. After winning summit, I continued to stay a top performer and team motivator. Doing that allowed me to taking on extra duties which lead me to being selected for Manager Development Program (MDP) by my current Director of Sales. Halfway through the MDP Program, I was offered a promotion to become a Work From Home Virtual Call Center Primary Sales Team Manager. After accepting the promotion, I successfully graduated from the MDP Program while still performing the job functions of my new role.
