During the pandemic I added academic businesses to my portfolio. I enjoyed learning about this segment of our business model. Each business ran with care and with-in budget. It is time for new adventures. General Manager-The Epicurean Group-August 2012 to 2018 First stint in corporate dining. I loved it. We were on campus with a successful Silicon Valley Technology Firm. Created seasonal menus for the cafe & catering. Focused on scratch cooking, monthly promotions and from the heart hospitality. Revenues doubled over the six years. Mentored Epicurean Group staff, ran the business under budget and developed and executed a successful succession plan.
Catering Director-Faz Restaurant Group -April 2011 to July 2012 Faz was on premises at the Sunnyvale Sheraton Hotel. As Director, I was the liaison with the Hotel including the Grand Ballroom and venue events. I set up an off-premises catering brand. This included menu development, named equipment, and set up delivery protocol. We exceeded revenue by 30%.
Director of Sales-JCJ Culinary-February 2008-April 2011 As Director, I increased corporate sales by 20% annually, I hired and trained a sales manager and associate sales staff. JCJ Culinary was ranked as the number one catering company in the Silicon Valley by the San Jose Business Journal in 200*-****-****.

• As the Company founder, I secured and closed lucrative food service contracts with Aviation companies Net Jets, Flex Jet, and Flight Options.
• I created a multi- million-dollar book of business including Professional Sports Franchises, and Fortune 500 Companies.
• Designed the company for acquisition and negotiated the sale of Mireille's In-Flight Catering Company to a National Food Service Operator in 2008.
