Redesigned, configured and upgraded network infrastructure from IBM Token Ring to an integrated fiber backbone/CAT5 cabling/network switching with Cisco Spanning Tree at both Emerson locations in Menominee. Approximately $50,000 annually savings in maintenance cost savings..

Migrated (phased out) AS/400 at Menominee facility to utilize a separate Mapics environment on the Emerson Corporate AS/400 in St. Louis, MO. Estimated annual savings of $40,000 in maintenance cost.

Designed new data center and teamed with construction company to build during off season. Entire project, including computer room, offices, conference room and storage room was completed at $100,000 or 50% under peak season construction.
