OBJECTIVE

To obtain a career in the service industry as a bartender, bar-back, or cocktail waitress utilizing my training from The Bartending Institute.

§ An umbrella company used to manage multiple opportunities and functions in (adult and otherwise) entertainment, film, and club venues which required tolerance to work with a variety of personalities in complex and/or unique situations. Many behind-the-scenes skills include accounting, budgeting, time and money management, film, directing, editing, acting, and creative writing along with email and verbal correspondences and running a web page.

§ Reason for leaving- Knowing the entertainment industry has a shelf life I would like to dip my toes back into the service industry that I once loved and was truly passionate about. § Required to entertain patrons with various personalities and expectations, required to meet quota of alcohol sales, used sales skills to sell club services and to encourage up sales of services and products. Many behind-the-scenes skills included accounting, budgeting, time and money management, and interpersonal skills. Income was based on my ability to promote sales and revenue for the club as well as gratuity and tips for myself.

EDUCATION

§ Currently enrolled in College of Southern Nevada seeking a psychology degree

§ Completed The Bartending Institute course in Maryland Heights Missouri in 2012.
