oDesigned individual class schedules for each student integrating their daily tasks, as well as a point system for behavior management goals.

oInitiated and facilitated a support group for Camelot full-time staff, based on the book “The 360 Degree Leader,” by John Maxwell. This was done of my own volition in order to boost struggling staff morale and develop staff leadership skills.
