• In the Life Sciences Division, direct recruiting efforts for various clients within the pharmaceutical, clinical research, biotechnology, medical device, manufacturing, and medical insurance/claims industries for mostly contract-to-hire, but also direct placement positions

• Maintain saved list views on StaffBot (Salesforce) & MS Excel/Word of all applicants, contractors, and categorized specialty resumes for high-level roles

• Establish relationship with and manage contractors through entire life cycle with company (prospect, applicant, interview, offer, contractor, termination/conversion).

• Emphasize contact and communication throughout application process by setting scheduled calls and virtual meetings with applicants. Continuous communication via phone, text, and email to always be as proactive as possible

• Collaborate with Team Lead, Sales Team, and other Recruiters in Life Sciences Division to formulate strategies, foster team-based improvement, and troubleshoot day-to-day or foundational issues in Traction meetings
