Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:
• Provide end-user and Windows administration support to over 400 staff members
within the medical center and related clinics through troubleshooting, advice,
assistance, and training in hardware and software systems knowledge.

• Coordinating customer support activities via Service NOW (SNOW) sufficient to
receive, respond to, and ensure complete resolution of complex issues beyond what a
Tier 1 help desk can resolve.

training to enhance customer knowledge, as well as to prevent recurring help desk
inquiries.
• Developing clear and concise IT reports and documentation for senior IT
management review.
• Provide user network account support to include setup and configuration (e.g., user
profile, e-mail, peripheral access), PIV card access issues, and troubleshooting of user
account issues. Coordinate with end-users to ensure they request the appropriate
permissions through their IT security staff for required network drives.
