Recruitment:

• Working with Hiring Managers & Tech. panels for hiring across the business units.

• After receiving the positions from the Department Heads, follow up with the Hiring Managers for the JD.

• Involved in End-to-end life cycle of recruitment.

• Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including Job Portals (Monster/Naukri), referral generation, networking, head hunting and Internal data base.
