The duties performed includes a multiple battery of corporate quality protocols and standards to proactively ensure finished product quality for the company’s consumer base. These include rigorous laboratory water testing and CIP system and equipment release, product sensory creation and assigned test facilitator, as well as defective finished product hold and release coordinator. Assumed lead operations and managerial accountability for the quality department after acquisition of the Hattiesburg Paper Mill by Green Bay Converting Corp in November 2005 from the Kimberly-Clark Corporation. I solely performed primary quality analysis and testing of paper products produced, including all calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and laboratory JHAs/SOPs. Monthly reporting of operations and quality feedback and response to department leads and supervisors were performed, including, new product development and research.

Responsible for performing quality testing procedures on base sheet parent rolls from paper suppliers; as well as testing quality standards for rolls that are converted into commercial sales napkins and bath tissue at the Hattiesburg mill.
