Roles & Responsibilities:

Material Master Data Management:

• Segregation of Generic and Spare Items for the entire project materials started with initial study of systems

• Segregation of item according to, Noun and modifier.

• Template Standardization.

• Check the attribute value extracted by the cleansing team for consistency and correctness.

• Identify enrichment, if any missed by the cleansing team.

• Developing Material Coding and Cataloguing of all maintenance spares & generic

(consumables) for plant operating equipments.

• Mandatory Values and Data Enrichment of the Product through Manufacturing websites and Datasheets.

• Consistency Checking and Data standardizations

• Retrieving missing information from various sources like Equipment Manuals, Drawing Sheets, Web Source and client.

• Quality Analysis and Quality Checking (QA/QC)

• Review the short Description and Long Description generated from Noun Modifier and attributes for consistency and relevant.

• Identification and Removal of Duplicate records

• Preparation of Template Master, Vendor Master.

• Capturing Vendor Details by Enrichment

• Matching Vendor Code given by Client

• Preparation Of Master Vendor Data for Clients Requirement.

• Classifying the item based on client data as per UNSPSC standard and creating template format.

• Preparing Inventory Master like Stock, Quantity, Consumption Type(Insurance/Wear out), Currency, Price, Lead Time, Shelf Life etc.

• Preparing Equipment Master Assets like Class,Size,Manufacturer,Model,Part number,Serial Number,Gross Weight,Country of Manufacture,Construction of Year from documents like Datasheets,GA drawings,IOM and Spir

• Analyzing and extracting the Tags from P&ID, PFD and SLD and merging it in Equipment Master File.

• Creating boundaries for the equipments directly associated to it and naming the FLOC.

• Assigning the level hierarchy for all the Tags.

• Collecting required input documents for prepare asset register and FLOC project execution.

• Identifying duplications in Assets (Tag number) and remove them.

• Quality Assurance/Quality Check of the structured data to remove duplication of functional locations & cross checking of proper parent child relationship

• Preparing LSMW SAP output load file.

• Mapping LSMW Tcode with appropriate data to populate Equipment Master Assets like Class, Size, Manufacturer, Model, Part number, Serial Number, Gross Weight, Country of Manufacture, Construction of Year.

• Mapping ABC indicator, Criticality and assigning Class, Object, Catalogue Profile for Equipment’s.

• Involved in Document linking for the respective tags.

• Allocates and controls the document numbering system for the project work.

• Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).

• Linking all the required documents for the main equipment’s.

• Preparation of Bill of material for Equipment’s

• Involved in creation of new material codes for newly identified spare and reviewing documents like SPIR, Cross Sectional Drawing and Part list for BOM preparation. Educational Qualifications:
