1) Planning & Management

Develop Project Strategies & Coordinate/Validate Budget Estimates.

Development of PC-II (Feasibility study & surveys) along Integration Management.

Well versed with RFPs aligned with PPRA rules and regulations (Technical & Final Evaluation reports PP Rule 35).

Post Contract declarations (NAB & PPRA) along declaration of beneficial owner’s information.

Well versed with Contract Procurement procedures.

Well versed with Input rates, MES Schedule, MRS for rough cost estimates and rate analysis for schedule items.

Well versed with Contract awarding procedures i.e. Single stage &double stage tendering, direct procurement under rule 42(f).

Framed Contracts for hiring of services along repair maintenance works under PPRA regulations.

Developing cost-effective procurement strategies.

Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.

Evaluate Contractors’ claims and make recommendation to accept/ reject/ negotiate and coordinate final settlement with Contracts Department.

Preparation of Recovery Plans for timely completion of Project.

Active Involvement during Splicing, Testing like the OTDR Traces, VFL, Power/Optical Test of Optical Fiber Cables, Tagging & Pin to Port Making.

Managing Warehouse e.g. approval of Local & ODN Materials

Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.

Monitor all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract.

Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Verification & Recommendation of Contractor IPCs for further payment procedures.

Issue Provisional Certificate & contract close-out report and transfer all project drawings/ catalogues/ manuals etc.
