Review and approval of various Mechanical discipline document with respect to project specification and standard/approval of material request, data sheet, evaluation of technical proposal, conducting technical discussion with client/ vendor preparation of report and minutes. Activity participate in basic design review requirement for factory acceptance test. Providing guidance for the testing and commissioning activities. Shut down coordination and Tie-in of new piping with existing piping network, maintenance of process equipment piping design.

Plan and schedule project time line and milestones using appropriate tools

Contract management, field engineering, data management, equipment management, manpower management, purchase coordination & management for completing the project in time.

Prepare to fabrication plan and identify the fabrication issue in term of field engineering.

Preparation the erection construction sequence/ method statement, lifting plan and scope of work subordinate.

Develop best practice and tools for project execution and management.

Interface with client engineering development, site quires material sub situation.

Interface with construction / fabrication team, HSE team, Yard material coordinator, QA/QC team.

Collaborate with Construction Manager and material department to plan the material collection from the ware house/ yard, evaluating the purchase in case of shortage of material.

Identify and resolve issue, conflict with the project team.

Develop and deliver progress report, proposal, requirement documents and presentation. Work Experience

Hand on experiences of Hot Tapping on fuel gas line and hot bolting work.
