Managed three departments with approximately 30 direct reports consisting of a salaried manager and supervisors. Transportation utilized a fleet of transport vans and a suburban. Parking garage had 829 parking spaces.

Oversaw all aspects of Security/Safety for a one-city-square-block campus consisting of the hotel, shipping/receiving loading dock, courtyard, and parking structure in downtown Milwaukee. This included operations of over 120 cameras (Milestone) access card control of over 800 doors (Safelok).

Acted as the facilities Safety manager, while leading a committee, which oversaw all safety practices at the facility. Updated and managed all SDS.

Coordinated Fire Drills, Fire system testing as well as all safety and security audit requirements.
