Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital May 2017 until present I have held a few positions at Erlanger. In 2017 I started in the ER as the Health Unit Coordinator. After this I went to front desk duty in a physician office, and presently a Patient Safety Technician in Behavioral Health.

My duties have included making sure orders get from Physician to Techs and Nurses. Deliver samples to lab. Admitting patients to the hospital. Calling and setting up transportation with Ambulances and Helicopters to transport patients to other hospitals. I also make appointments, verified insurance and took payments for visits. Presently I am a Safety Tech in Behavioral Health. My duties include but are not limited to keeping the patients safe from themselves and others, ordering meals, giving showers, and any other duties as assigned.

Union General Hospital September 2016 until April 2017 ER registration duties included filing, answering the phone, registering patients for Emergency Room Harrahs Cherkee Casino March 2015 until September 2016 I held the position of hotel front desk clerk. My duties included making reservations, answering the phone, taking payments and assigning room to customers. My position was mostly customer service. Tri-State Sleep Lab October 2012 until March 2015

I held two positions at the sleep lab, I was the office manager and a sleep technician. My duties include making appointments, answering phone calls, performing sleep studies on patients, scoring reports and sterilizing equipment.

Education:

Murphy High School college prep classes graduated in 1984 Tri-County Community College office management and CNA 1 classes. BLS certification held currently and also CPR.
