Member of the Raytheon Technologies’ (RTX) Corporate Enterprise Application Services’ (EAS) Portfolio Management team.

Manage an EAS portfolio that normally consisting of between fifteen & twenty multi-year IT projects initiatives with a consolidated budget ranging from $70M to $100M. Provide project management and/or oversight of the execution of said initiatives. Project objectives include systems integrations, legacy systems migration to cloud, robotics process automation and intelligent business process management. Project teams’ size range from 6 to over 100 resources.

Build out elaborate multi-year budgets and spend plans that include capital & expense cost categories, cost of money impacts, management reserves, forecasted tax impacts and return on investment forecasts.

Manage the EAS demand intake of initiatives. Manage the funnel process of demand intakes – from idea capture – resource review – initiation approval – funding commitment (backlog) – to greenlighting project initiative.

Participate in enterprise Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies including 10-week Program Increments and Agile Release Trains.

Coordinate with RTX buyers/procurement personnel in assessing vendor proposals; generating purchase orders and approving invoices settling to said invoices.

Work with RTX’s Account Payable personnel to ensure that invoices are paid before penalties, related to not meeting net related terms, are incurred.

Currently developing and/or refining RTX PMO processes that ensure that initiatives that are greenlit can execute immediately.

Technical PM of an e-commerce website build (TogetherTakeMeHome (TTMH) – www.together.takemehome.org) for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Forecasted Go-Live (Phase 1) completion date is April ’23.

Utilized an Agile project execution methodology with 2-week sprints that includes a sprint plan, a sprint retrospective as well as a weekly touchpoint ceremony to assess the current sprint status and identify/monitor roadblocks and risks.

A manager in a Forensics Technology Services workstream made up of thirteen resources in total with 6 offshore.

Managed (onsite, remote & offshore) a data analytics team that provided support to internal PwC ‘Audit and Deals’ teams with advance data analysis related to financial statements for a multinational corporation with over $20 billion in FY2019 revenue.

Utilized Agile project management methodology (Scrumban) that included 2-week sprint epics with user stories/product backlogs constantly refined based on changing priorities and immediate deliverables.
