Point of Sale System which provides store owners to have the functionality, where they can easily manage their online stores along with the physical outlets. The physical stores will have a POS front-end management system for which the admin can assign a store agent who can easily manage the sales and customers at that particular store. It lets retailers manage the products along with the inventory. POS holds all the tracks for customers and their respective orders. The prescription helps customers to buy medicines from an online pharma shop by uploading a prescription for the medicines. File attachments are useful for uploading a doctor’s prescription for buying medicines, vaccines, or other types of drug products online. The type of files supported for uploading a prescription/attachment are jpg and jpeg format.

Warehouse Management System the warehouse managers manage the orders that arrived for delivery at various warehouses through the mobile app. He can assign the products by scanning them. Admin can add create multiple warehouses and assign warehouse managers to the warehouse. Admin can assign multiple products to a single warehouse or multiple warehouses and generate the barcode of the product also.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

RMA allows you to organize a system for customers to request a return without any effort. With the help of this module, the customer can return the products, and have them replaced or refunded within the admin-specified time limit. Using Product RMA, the customer can cancel/return/exchange the products. Admin can manage RMA status as well as reasons.
