Middle Office Operations
Liaison between Caxton execution desk and sales traders to accurately capture, book, process, and confirm all equity/futures/FX/commodities/swap trading and credit indexes.
Managed a team of 2 Caxton employees on the NY trading desk, ensuring all trading controls and processes were handled properly throughout each trading day.
Fund/financed the Caxton US fixed income portfolio via broker dealers to generate positive returns in the repo market.
Executed residual FX trades for several Caxton traders up to a $1 million dollar tolerance and created and monitored FX roll reports for the firm on a monthly and quarterly basis.
