If there is a problem with an item from the seller or buyers views I work through the problem and get it resolved.

Make, reschedule appointments for 4 providers daily, take calls from patients for there concerns and needs to be scheduled and placed them with the correct provider, I do daily reminder call reminding the patients of their upcoming appointments, reschedule them if needed, get their Insurance information and run their insurance to make sure they have active insurance with a copay or not, I also do referrals, I also take the referrals off the fax (which is through our email system) entering it into our systems and making sure they get to the correct provider. Faxes I print them out, scan them and task them to the correct provider staff. We use Nextech, Clearwave, EMA, Nextpatient and a chat group(which is USS team to communicate between us and our call center). I also answer the phones take messages, schedule appointments, just clear the patients mind and well being if they think there results wasn’t what they wanted to hear help them understand there results, make them feel comfortable in any way I can and answer any questions thy might have. Filing, with previous years some charts are stored down stairs which means have to go down their and find them, and pulling correct chart for the providers, organizing in alphabetical or appointment order, maintain charts (making new ones and breaking down, and filing them in the correct place). I was then promoted to the front desk receptionist a couple of months into the job, I greet every client that walks into our clinic, assist patients to our KIOSK machine with checking in, bring them to our window and finish checking them in which in tells, taking their temperature, ask them COVID-19 questions, updating their information in our systems, help fill out any additional paperwork that might be needed, collect co-pay using cash, checks, credit card machine, and place them in a exam room with their correct provider, upon leaving I schedule there upcoming appointment, and do this all day long up to 90-100 patients a day. I also assist the back with answering phone calls from our call center and help them schedule appointments. Daily I collect money from our co-workers and once an week I consolidate the papers from the daily money intake and make a weekly deposit, get it all ready and make sure it’s correct, equal, then take it to the bank to make the deposit. During the pandemic I was the only one working for the Clinical side I was doing all of this front and back by my self which knowing I had to reschedule many many appointments to meet the requirements from the state. I also check the mail and put it to the appropriate person with some being sent to our corporate office which is in Minnesota. Put money on our stamp machine when needed. I train other employees on the programs we use, especially since during the pandemic we are switching from paper charts to being paperless which is the EMA program we use.

6 months into my job I received a Gold star and certificate for my outstanding work performance.
