I’ve been extremely successful running both Service/Tire retail stores and Dealership Service Departments
Decisive and effective in both areas of the Service Department. I’ve had an instant impact on Sales and Retention. I’ve been successful in leading a cross-functional and trained technicians to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Marion Motors was a huge accomplishment, after I was given the freedom to tweak the system, our success was instant.
I feel like my different experiences allows me to look at the opportunities with a different lens and perspective.
In my past life, I was an Operation Manager/Coordinator. I lead the production managers and there employees at Timberline Live Pet Foods to keep all of the production lines, material inspections, scheduling production and weekly inventories. I'm a highly energetic, highly motivated person who’s ready and excited to bring my talents and perspectives to my next Service Department or Retail Tire/Service store. I was given Human Resources training, verifying employee's information, interviews, employee retention and employees evaluations.
