ACTIVITIES

Physical fitness has been a long-standing passion of mine and has been integrated into everything I do. This includes Muay Thai, Jiujitsu, boxing and various forms of conditioning and cardiovascular training. Reading is another strong passion that has allowed me to educate myself on various topics of interest such as psychology, Hebrew studies, philosophy, etc.

I like to give back by helping clients and friends personally and professionally develop themselves in areas of strengths unique to their goals. Charitable giving is also very important to me and a way for me to give back to causes that I support.
