Dear Hiring Manager,

Thank you for setting aside time out of your busy schedule to review my resume. I have included a glance of the most recent 10 years of experience in project management, accounting, compliance/regulatory, retail, and call center operations. Over the past 20 years I have been responsible for responding to telecommunications, banking, and vendor management Urgency Consulting and/or Supply Chain related issues. Oftentimes I am simply asked to review procedures and other instances I am poised to problem solve for the business unit(s). In each of my responsibilities over the years, I often took the opportunity to implement new processes which in turn assisted in improving communication, pinpointing changes to improve response and turnaround times for daily processes. More recent requests include creating and implementing programs offering awards to employees and offering recommendations based upon business needs thus improving morale even under tumultuous circumstances.
