Master Tiles & Ceramics Industries Limited Pakistan Gujranwala, Pakistan As a chemical engineer, my primary responsibility was to analyze the composition of minerals and chemicals in order to identify the optimal materials for production purposes. I used XRF Technology to conduct research and development, taking into consideration the behavior of metal oxides in raw materials under varying temperatures and pressures. I took on the following responsibilities:

Analyzed minerals and chemicals using XRF technology to determine their composition for production purposes.

Conducted research and development to study the behavior of metal oxides in raw materials under varying temperatures and pressures.

Collaborated with the Director Technical and Manager Body to coordinate the composition of batches, ensuring optimized production and minimal quality issues.

During my tenure at Rupali Polyester Limited, a prominent Petrochemical Industry in Pakistan, I had the opportunity to work in close proximity to various equipment and machinery, including distillation columns, reactors, valves, and pumps. Following were my core responsibilities;

Conducted line tracing of the entire plant to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.

Ensured the smooth operation of a continuous plant for polyester production, monitoring all process control parameters via the PLC system.

Assessed the plant's operations to identify areas where the system was outdated and causing problems. This involved analyzing data, conducting inspections, and consulting with relevant stakeholders.
