• Maintained, modified, and updated confidential information in both physical files and proprietary YARDI platform database, KPI, as well as bidding information from inception to fruition.

• Worked hand in hand with the Maintenance Dept ensured unit discrepancies were administered.

• Planned, coordinated, and executed Community Activities and major event planning to include townhall meetings.

• Additional responsibilities included coordination of demographic information for anticipated movement of roughly 800 families from existing homes to new homes, while implementing new Community Standards and ensuring military families are accommodated.
