Human Resource Generalist

•Actively Recruited candidates: Posting, contacting, screened/interviewed, setting up final interviews with manager of department, processed I-9, background and processed records into HRIS programs like UKG and Ceridian.

•Processed all PCN(personal change notices): all team members both salary, hourly and staffing employees into UKG; processed termination, assisted with annual benefits program, updated and maintained records of changes into personal files; I9 information; filed all records/ paper records into company archives and organized transition for future paperless process.

•Configured 2021 Annual Review and Merit programs with the D.S. newest launched program/ UKG Ultipro and Deminsions, by completing the set-up, activation, audits, training and review programs to completion. We were also able to prepare the next 2022 schedule for both UKG programs

Human Resource Specialist

•Performed Weekly Payroll for all employees including all staffing employees. There were up to five separate staffing services (with up to 150 employees on site) with multiple programs to complete processes, including TimeTrak, Dayforce, Ceridian, and Excel spreadsheets to perform weekly tasks and reports. Audit all invoices from staffing services prior to Accounting processing. I was the main contact for staffing services and negotiated pricing & fees.

•Incorporate new team members with all onboarding processes as required by company policies, Ohio & OSHA standards, therefore encompassing a friendly, stress-free process that would hopefully provide and encourage new team members to reach their full potential during their career.

•Maintained and processed all records and provided monthly records /reports to corporate offices such as HR, IT, off-site accounting department, payroll/ Ceridian and off-site management teams.

•Processed and tracked all FMLA records. Kept in contact with all employees in processes and provide confidental information.

•EEOC: Equal Employment-disability trained by Mueller Corp Legal team and disminated information to all employees on site annually; responsibly for collecting and processing requests.

•Collaborated with the Corporate Office to ensure benefits enrollment availability, completion, and updates as needed by all individuals on site using Ceridain/Dayforce. Assisted employees with all benefits issues as requested.

•Cross-training and performed duties in other departments across the plant: Accounting: invoicing, purchasing (supplies including raw materials, chemicals, office supplies, and other needed supplies for production), Shipping and receiving, and quality (ISO training).

•Negotiated contracts with vendors and save company over 10k in first year as a purchasing agent. Loved saving the company money and enjoy this challege during my career at Propipe.

•Coordinated Holiday, special events and safety programs. I had great rapport with all teams and departments by establishing programs and events for interaction & communication. The best team is a team that works together by improving all members through training and communication.

•Obtained safety training with the Ohio BWC and OSHA through online courses, annual conferences, and off-site classes. Established a safety team on location and reduced accident rate by over 50% as I managed the safety program. I was the main contact for Ohio BWC/ TPA, lawyers & OSHA. I investigated and created all reports of accidents & indicant and safety solutions at our plant.

•Provide confidential counseling for employees and, as needed, administer discipline as required by management and policies.

•Assisted on projects for the quality department by assisting in production audits for ISO Certification and other projects.

•I created and maintained the OSHA required SDS booklets and secondary labels on production floor for Propipe.

•To overcome staffing issues during our year long shut down process, I created a shift split program with the remaining management team to maximizing staffing and other programs to keep skilled and seasoned employees from leaving.
