• Spearheaded the transaction of Santa Rosa, California's "North Pointe Village", a master-planned community with 294 single-family residences as VP of Acquisitions and Development at Realty Investments, the US arm of Kabuto International, Japan’s 3rd largest construction company.

• Averted foreclosure of Foothill Square Shopping Center by transforming it into a mixed-use retail/office complex by negotiating leases with the county of Alameda and retailers, bringing the occupancy rate from 49% to 98% and eventually selling the property as Director of Real Estate for Drake Properties.
