Responsible for developing District with goal of $1M in sales profit. This indicates Representatives increased their sales, thus their profit. If my Representatives succeeded, so did the District and so did I. Part of my duties were recruiting new Representatives daily. That involved approaching strangers and introducing them to Avon. Its a daunting task. I used my advanced communications skills while approaching and recruiting unknown individuals and it paid off. I was responsible for paying my seven assistants while still making sure they remain focused on their own Avon businesses while I also tracked my District’s expenses and submitted monthly District expense reports.

Avon rolled out new products quarterly. Incentives and cash bonuses were also awarded. I introduced Ultimate Gold skincare line to my Representatives along with District incentives that I came up with to give them incentive to move product. I would also award them personally at our bimonthly District sales meeting.

I urged them to move this product and advised them on different approaches they could take. I really wanted to earn the 24k gold necklace and cash bonus! When it was time to reveal the District Manager that had the highest sales profit from this product, it was me!

I was awarded a 24k gold necklace and $1000 cash!

It was a thrill when I told my Representatives that our District was number one in Divisional sales for Ultimate Gold Skincare products.

I was so proud of my Representatives.

It was their hard focused work making our sales soar. Their shining faces were the Ultimate reward! Senior Customer Service Specialist
