NATURE OF JOB

Overall responsibility for assisting, supervising, leadership and monitoring in the implementation of the Work Permit System on work site.

Ensuring & complying of safe work procedure during critical work.

Conduct Training Program for all existing and new employee (Tool Box Talk, Safety Induction "Orientation", General Training and Special Training ("Fit for Purpose").

Issue (HSSE) Instruction for Different Activity Such Welding, Cutting, Excavation, Using Hand or Power Tools, Scaffolding and Lifting activity.

Identify substandard acts/conditions and take corrective and preventive action through proper job supervision.

Correct unsafe behavior.

Promotes safety awareness to the workforce through HSE meetings/trainings.

Coordinating safety and industrial hygiene inspections/audits and documentation to control potential hazards or substandard work procedure.

Inspect and test machinery and equipment, such as lifting devices, and scaffolding, to ensure they meet safety regulations.

Periodic checking of all fire fighting equipments, imparting first aid fire fighting training for all employees, conducting mock fire fighting drills.

Service support of First Aid, Fire Watch, Confined Space entry and Emergency Rescue.
