Job Responsibility:

1.Prepare production report with all necessary data & submit it to factory manager.

2.Ensure proper running of all section. If stop immediately inform respective dept. & keep record in record book.

3.Monitoring all Machine performance Such as pre-cleaning, Intake side, first cleaning, second dampening, cleaning, milling, Packing & Bagging section.

4.Guide operator, casual, packing operator for smooth running of plant.

5.Put all cleaning section data into record book like initial moisture, target moisture, bin no.

6.Before set the target moisture must consult with head miller/Assistant Miller.

7.Check & ensure accurate water flow rate in MYFD.

8.Keep record of all packing section (carousel, bran, wheat, Soji, dust) data like- challan no, vehicle no, start time, stop time etc.

9.Keep record all scale reading like -FCLA, B1, Flour1, Flour2, Coarse Bran, Fine Bran, Soji.

10. All the information from Head Miller/Ass. Miller must be put into record book and give this information to next shift miller.

11. Record every hour moisture data from lab.

12. If plant stop for any mechanical/electrical related reason, call immediately the technician of concerned dept.

13. Critical process related problem must inform to Head Miller/Ass. Miller.

14. Ensure proper blending ratio for both wheat & flour after the clearance form Head Miller/QA dept.

15. Check Atta/Maida stock in bin & daily inform this to Head miller/Ass. Miller.

16. Measure empty height of tempering bin and calculate the appr. Wheat remains in the bin. Same thing for flour also if required.

17. Keep daily record of our process related maintenance work. Keep manual record of daily tempering bin.

18.All Job assigned by Management.
