1/21-2/21 Genpact/Bank of America: Data entry and processing of loan applications for the Covid 19 relief Small Business Paycheck Protection Program. The public response to the program was much lower than anticipated, and therefore the call volume was low. I processed between 10-20 calls per dy.

4/20-9/20 Evicore: Taking calls from medical facilities and doctors’ offices to record medical data for health care claims for medical procedures. Forwarding of this information to Evicore’s clinical staff to determine if procedure was medically necessary. Handled between 50-75 calls per day.

Basic account maintenance, opening new accounts, data entry and updating records of account.
