DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
• Perform skilled electrical work to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, repair, modify, and install machinery, equipment and electrical system following specification, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawing.
• Design and modify machine PLC program using Mitsubishi ever necessary.
• Operate machinery and equipment to determine the cause and extent of component or system failure through testing, visual inspection, monitoring PLC program, and listening for unusual sounds from machine equipment to detect malfunctions. Plan course of action to utilize the machine back to its normal operation.
• Dismantle defective machine and equipment, replace defective parts and motors and adjust feeds mechanism following specification and blueprints, using measuring equipment and tools. Clean and lubricate shafts, bearing, gears and other parts of machinery, using rags brushes, and grease gun or other appropriate tools and/or equipment.
• Implement and preform preventive maintenance to prevent malfunction and pro long the life of equipment, system and structures working order by: conducting routine inspection, reviewing work orders to determine what service is required, replacement of sensor, filter, lubricating, conducting safety inspection of equipment system and components.
• Have a working knowledge and understanding OSHAS requirement. Know proper reporting of an accident or emergency. Know and explain the hazards associated with specific types of equipment and tools. Use appropriate tools for the job and comply with all company safety policies. Wear all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required or necessary.
• Observe established safety guidelines at all times. CORE TEAM

• Online monitoring activities to determined machine affected scrap generation.
• Online countermeasure base from monitoring activities.
• Report preparation of scrap generation.
• Carry out Machine Troubleshooting and machine Preventive Maintenance on all the machine, facilities and other utilities at CURING
• Carry out Fabrications and other activities related SQDCM improvements in the process
• Ensure his personal safety and his co-workers in operating the machine regularly checking the conditions of all safety devices, reporting unsafe condition and unsafe acts, following the standard operating procedures in operating the machine and maintaining his focus in operating the machine.
