Responsibilities; Supervision, control, and monitoring of the work execution, self-performed and by subcontractors. Additionally, it also include the evaluation of the schedule of activities, machinery and equipment; reporting packages and isometrics; elaborate the executive reports of progress; inspection and final acceptance/approval related to the concrete lining contracts that require protection, as well as the thermal insulation of pipes and heat- revision of metric computations; revision and approval of work-progress reports; revision and delivery of test tracing.

Supervised activities, the preparation of the concrete surface through the evaluation of applicable methods with abrasive products. It also includes the repair of surfaces with epoxy products to seal micro-cracked concrete, application of protective coating, performing the required testing to guarantee maximum quality of the work and following specifications, ASTM and ISO norms. Responsibilities; Supervision of a staff of 9 engineers and 35 workers, the elaboration of the work plan according to the Schedule of the Project and the control of the use of the machinery and equipment as well as the staff, metric calculations of the work progress and of the weekly executive report.

Supervised activities; ground motion, excavations, soil remediation, filling and compaction control and revisions/validations of densitometry, ground cutting and construction or installation of drainage and trenches (including prefabricated), construction of electric beds, foundations, and rigid or flexible pavement flagstones, installation of asphalt driveways and demarcation of traffic lines. Inspection and approval of the qualities of the soil, its humidity and physical and mechanic qualities, the control and monitoring of results of concrete cylinders, placing, finishing and approval of their curing and coordinates after their installation, the administration of approved documentation as well as the elaboration of the dossier of the work.

Supervised activities; Reconstruction and reorganization of the adornment, the buried circuits of drainage and rain water, manholes and water recollecting system, automatic irrigation system, automatic lighting system for the park, repair of the covered floors of the sport fields and courts and its lighting and air- conditioning systems, its sound systems and anti-eco walls. In the edifications we repaired the facade. Additionally, we also constructed the interior partitions and divisions in drywall. We supervised the general bricklaying and masonry work and its finishes.
