• Binx Healthcare is a medical device start-up focused on diagnostic and replacement cartridge business.

• Joined as a Board advisor to address manufacturing, distribution and process challenges.

• Provided technical support and guidance with RCA (root cause analysis) work to resolve a supplier issue which was preventing the company from shipping instruments.
