Lead a team of associates from various departments, coordinating the on boarding of loans in which Nationstar Mortgage acquired the servicing rights from another company. Monthly, Nationstar purchased the servicing rights of a pool of loans from another lender or FNMA granted servicing rights to Nationstar directly. It was the function of our team to ensure the loans boarded timely and without error to LSAMS, the Nationstar system of record. Responsible for developing scorecards tracking the proficiency and effectiveness of individual associates, teams, as well as the entire short-sell team making outbound calls to attract borrowers into the HAMP Short Sell program to avoid foreclosure.
