SUMMARY
I have used Active Directory, assigned IP Addresses, and created Group Policies. I have upgraded the hardware and software on computers. In addition, I have used Microsoft Office for over 12 years. I also input payroll data. My job at the DEQ required secretarial, administrative, and technology skills. I can deliver immediate value because:
I noticed our Fact Sheets had very outdated data on them. Many words were misspelled, and streams had the wrong names. I spent months correcting them, making them far less confusing and it is now much easier to determine where discharges are really going.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word-Excel-PowerPoint-Access-Outlook). Proofread and edited documents for accuracy, punctuation, and spelling. I type 60 wpm. Designated as contact person for transition to an electronic filing system, in which I created numerous titles and descriptions for thousands of documents, standardized office equipment, and document scanning including blueprints.
