(Jan 2015 - Jun 2015) Grants Coordinator at Save the Children International [Four Years Experience Job], a leading International Non-Governmental Organization, In which I worked on the budgets funded by donors such as UN, WFP, ECHO, USAID, DFID that was implemented via projects in Za’atri Camp and Mahatta Center to support the Syrian crisis and refugees in Jordan. I did a couple of training courses the first one was on Fraud Awareness, and the second was on Governance and Capacity Building of Local Partners, and I was asked by the organizer to take over the Grants Department explanation part of the course.

-Working side to side with the finance department to stay up to date with the Journal entries and making correctional suggestions regarding budget terms and balance.

-Generating financial statements such as Budget vs. Actual (BvA’s) to get the budget balance on a monthly basis.

( Mar 2014 - Aug 2014) Junior Financial Analyst at Manaseer Group for Industrial and Commercial Investments; which is the parent of over sixteen privately and publicly held companies. Responsibilities include:

-Conducting various analyses on sister companies financial statements such as Vertical, Horizontal and Ratio Analysis.

-Conducting performance and market share studies on companies and present the end results to the group CFO and the Board of Directors on MS Suit (Excel and PowerPoint).

-A task was assigned to me by the group CFO to support and audit the work done by two of the sister companies:

2-Income: Experienced and reviewed the link between sections and how the recording and reviewing is done with detailing accounts based on product type, worker, client and the method of paying, while walking through the inventory control methods and procedures of the oil brand the company owns and the oil.

3-Accounts Receivables: Was shown how the process of collecting receivables from clients is done.

4-Salaries & Expenditures: Was shown how the process of preparing and recording the salaries of around 900 employees is done on the company’s accounting software.

Manaseer Trade Co. -which is specialized in trading high quality raw materials for chemical and fertilizer industries- supported the work done by the Accounting and the Treasury of the company such as recording of sales, issuing of vouchers, recording receipts and do bank reconciliations.
