Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise all Electrical and instrumentation work of project such as Errection and Commissioning of 500 KTa and 1.2MTa Bitumen Refinery Plant as well as Modified bitumen unit.

Review and make comments on all Electrical and Instrumentation drawing documents such as Electrical SLD and control drawing, Process P&ID, PFD, Cause and Effect diagram, HAZOP study of project.

Maintenance troubleshooting of process instruments such as Temperature Transmitter, Pressure transmitter, differential pressure transmitter, Radar level gauge, control valves, on off valves, flow transmitters, level transmitters, Gas detectors, proximity sensors, pneumatic actuators, solenoid valves etc.

Hand on experience on DCS (Hollysys-Hollias MACS6.5) commissioning work, control loop checking, Control Loop tuning, online simulation and troubleshooting work.

Programming, Logic development, SCADA Development, Logic modification in both online and offline in Hollysys DCS.

Practical Experience on PLC (Siemens S7-1200, S7-200, Delta) hardware and software, program upload-download and modification work.

All instrumentation and automation work of Drum Manufacturing Plant and Drum filling Station.

Over all electrical and Instrumentation maintenance work of Utilities (Boiler, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, ETP etc.).

Maintenance and troubleshooting of all electrical equipment such as1500KVA Diesel Generator (Cummins), 10/14 MVA 33 KV Transformer, 11 KV CRT Transformers, 11KV and 33 KV switch gear panels, MCC, LT panel, VFD, Soft starter, Motor etc.

Review and make comments on vendor drawing documents related to Electrical and Instrumentation works for new modified bitumen unit-2 project, new LPG storage tank and LPG loading bay project, new drum production and drum filling station project and any other expansion projects.

Spare parts management and procurement of Spare parts i.e. technical evaluation and recommendation of material purchase offers and follow up Supply Chain Department until materials arrive at site.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Shift in charge of Electrical and Instrumentation department to maintain the smooth operation of plant.

Instrumentation: Maintenance and operation of various process instruments such as level transmitter (Magnetrol), pressure transmitter(Yokogawa), temperature transmitter (Yokogawa, Rosemount), flow transmitter (Yokogawa, Rosemount) etc. and various pneumatic valves like as flow control valves(Flowserve), on off valves, mass flow meter etc of 2500 bbl/d condensate fractionation plant and Catalytic Reforming Unit.

YOKOGAWA SCADA- PLC system maintenance and troubleshooting (STARDOM, FAST/TOOLS, ProSafe RS) for Process Control System (PCS) and Safety Instrumented System (SIS) system of CFU, NHT and CRU unit.

Maintenance and troubleshooting of Allen Bradley PLC (SLC5/04) for heater and compressor operation and control.

Understanding of Electrical calculation, drawings and P&ID for various equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, Distillation Column, Column Internals, Drum, Injection Packages, etc. of CFU, NHT, CRU and doing necessary modifications by maintaining the process requirements.

Operation and maintenance of 2285 KVA Diesel generator (MTU), 1600, 20 and 40 KVA UPS, Motor Control Circuit (MCC), 2500 KVA substation 2500 KVA step down and 500 KVA step up transformer, Bus Bar Trunking (BBT) system and 415 Volt LT and 11KV HT switchgear.

Operation and maintenance of Induction motors both 3 phase and single phase.

Maintenance of instrument air compressors (BOGE), SIAD V Type process compressors, 3.3 KV VFD (Fuji) for process compressors, VFD for heater blowers(ABB,Emerson) process heaters (Heatech and Born)

Fire and Gas detection system such as Flame detector (Net Safety), Gas detector (Net Safety), Open path gas detectors (Spectrex), Sounders, Beacons etc and Flare system for continuous monitoring of gas and flame.

Operation and Maintenance of Hydrogen generator (Angstrom) for hydrogen production.

Operation and Maintenance of Tank Fire detection system LHD cable and Foam package system and water sprinkler system and Tank Gauging system such as RADAR Gauge (Rosemount).
