I create a welcoming and helpful atmosphere to service our customers, making each person feel as though they are the highest priority. Petty Cash: Drivers provide receipts for various reasons and cash is dispersed accordingly. The petty cash is audited at the end of each month and submitted to HO Accounting. Once the reimbursement is received all monies are verified, the check is cashed, and the petty cash is resupplied according to what denominations are needed. In addition, making sure denominations are appropriate for both cash disbursement of receipts and the customer pay cash box.

Store Vehicle Inventory: After a vehicle has arrived on site it is then inventoried and the appropriate paperwork is created. Shoreline Financial Services, Sewickley, PA — Internal Marketing Director

MAY 2017 - MAY 2018

As the Internal Service Manager I was responsible for running the day to day operations of the office as well as seeking out potential insurance agents who would like to work alongside us. Gathering information about them and telling them about who we are and why we would be a good fit. Getting the proper forms to them and preparing any materials they might need. I also had to know each product and form extensively. Greek Catholic Union, Beaver, PA - Customer Service Supervisor/Asst to Director of Business Development April 2009 - July 2014

My duties as the assistant to the Director of Business Development was to maintain all agent files and assist them with any and all questions they had about the GCU’s products and services. I was also the agent's contact with the home office and assisted them in whatever capacity they needed. From setting them up as an independent agent to explaining which products would best suit their needs. The DBD expected that I was knowledgeable enough that he would be able to confidently leave the department in my hands, even if he was gone. I far exceeded his expectations and created a department that ran flawlessly. I was then promoted into the position of creating and managing a customer service contact center. Something the company had never had before. I interviewed, hired and trained my staff. In order to accomplish this task I had to know each product better than anyone else within the company. I also randomly audited not only the calls but the products. Paying attention to details that could cost the company money. When I would find an error I would then inform the proper department head for correction
