Title : Consumer Loan Products – Personal loan, Auto lease, Credit Card & Digital Products Client : Arab National Bank.

1. Auto Lease for Staff on Mobile Banking: Arab National Bank has launched the consumer loan product Auto Lease for customers within the LOS system. Now bank has planned to facilitate the internal customers (ANB Employees) by offering them the option to apply for Auto lease product via MIB Channel.

a. Enhancement for Auto lease Product

2. Auto Lease Final Payment and 50/50: To facilitate the affluent customers of ANB, Bank has decided to launch the final Payment and 50/50 option Installment plan on loan amount for Auto lease.

3. Auto lease Insurance Quotation Change: playing a major role on behalf of Business in finalizing the requirements for the Improvement of the customer application journey and successful implementation in LOS.

6. Personal Loan Manual Application: playing a major role on behalf of Business in finalizing the requirements and implementing the complete application process in LOS from Old System. Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinating with different Business stakeholders to gather the requirements and finalized the BRD.

Once the BRD is finalized, coordinate with the Technology Risk, Compliance and InfoSec for the necessary approvals and walkthrough the BRD to the Dev team and testing team.

Create and maintain Platform Implementation Roadmap. Possess hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements following requirement traceability matrix.

Following Quality Assurance procedures (CMM Level 5 standards) by tracking defects with PPM PRO tool and ensure defect-free software is delivered to end-user.

Title : Implementation for All Retail Products and Customer 360 in Digital Banking Group Client : Allied Bank Pakistan.

Vendor : Speridian and Oracle (CRM Implementation) / IBM -BIG Data Project and Process- Reengineering for Retail Banking Sale Leads.

Project Delivered:

1. Retail Products Implementation and Cust 360 with CRM: I had worked as a Senior Business Analyst for Digital Transformation for all internal banking systems includes (Core Banking-T24, LOS, IRIS, Vision Plus, CAMS,) will be mapped with the first CRM implementation in Pakistani Banking industry to keep in line with the current Business needs and step up a flexible application processing for all customers overall Pakistan. 2. BIG Data Analytics for Digital Banking: I was the Senior Business Analyst and Project Lead from Business side for Big Data Analytics project executed the implementation and operationalization of different use cases which primarily include customer churn, customer segmentation and next best offer based on customer demographic, financial usage and Mobile Banking usage.

3. Process Re-Engineering for Digital Banking: for Automate sales and marketing leads using the Allied Bank website to facilitate customers on the bank side and maximize sales and customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

Requirement gathering sessions for multiple systems and products with multiple groups including Retail, Corporate, Branch Banking and Call Center.

LOS: Requirement gathering for Corporate Loan Management system process and functionalities to be mapped with system with all types of loan management with fulfilling regulatory requirements.

T24: Temenos core banking system requirement gathering which includes CP creation, Account opening with all validations and regulatory requirements for on boarding process and Master Data Management.

CAMS: Consumer loan origination and process with mapping of risk and compliance.

Project Description:

Being a top-level telco company in Bangladesh Grameen phone facing difficulties for processing the customer application request in system due to Oracle Siebel performance slowness. Main reason for such issue was the maximum number of integrated systems with the main application which is hurting the company subscriber base and loss of financials as well. Application requires a performance optimization technique which we had implemented within the organization's IT infrastructure to amplify the functionality of a network, including the monitoring of bandwidth capacity, application protocols, overall network traffic, application coding, network latency, potential, thus making it more efficient and effective. Role and Responsibilities:

Interacting with on-site client and capturing requirements.

Analysis on the specifications provided by the client.

Developing test plans and Testing of enhancements.

Project Description:

The main processing involves home delivery Module to be implemented in existing system to maintain delivery channels, timeline, increase of sale, after sale warranty and avoiding Fraud and other checks, in Real review, Also the system tracks the source of the application merchant wise, commission payment, tracking the product performances for future projections. Role and Responsibilities:
