Also, the preparation for Execution work permit and necessary coordination with Municipality, Mobily, STC, Dammam Water Management and Saudi Electricity Company Maintenance for 380/230/115/69/13.8 KV Lines.

Review all Electrical Drawings and Interfacing drawings for 115 KV GIS Cables Head Box Dimensions of the existing 115 KV GIS.

Review the cable Ampacity and induced voltage from Power Cable Vendor. Review the existing facility such as Power Cables, Fiber Optic Cables, Water Pipes etc., coming on the cable route.

Finalized the detail design and approval for the above conditions and prepare Overall Plan and Testing Commissioning Plan.

Temporary Energization with West Khobar 115/13.8 KV Substation from our Remote End Half Moon 380/115 KV BSP Substation, all the modifications in the existing panels related to our feeder Dhahran South Line-2 SCADA, SOE, TFR, Ann., BB Protection and LCC panel. In addition review all schematic drawing for the new protection panel and update SCADA, SOE, ANN., TFR Point Lists and take approval from SEC-EOA plus control cable schedule updating and the work permit it was by my name after take SEC Permit work receiver certificate from Dammam Power Plant Also, I get permit clearance certificate to follow with master station. All interfacing drawing for this line updated as per the approved drawing in additional also, the interfacing with the communication panel and Fiber Optic interfacing panels for teleprotection system.

After Dhahran Substation finished completely we energized from Half Moon Line-1 and after that we getting outage Half Moon Line-2 re-routing and SCADA, SOE, TFR, ANN. Point Lists updated for Dhahran Line-2 and west Khobar re-energized from Dhahran South directly. From 2010 March to December 2010

Project: Construction of New 132/13.8kV King Saud University S/S 8137, Riyadh Post : Testing & Protection Engineer

Responsibilities:

In King Saud University Substation No. 8137 in Riyadh as Testing and commissioning Coordinator with SEC-COA, also follow up all snags and the modifications as per SEC-COA requirements like:

Busbar protection modification in DC circuit for Busbar CT Supervision relay.

The modification for GT-1 & GT-4 in differential relay CT Circuit for RMU-1 & RMU-2.

The interfacing between fire alarm system and each power transformer control panel also for common alarm system.

The proposal of NSD panels location in the telecom room at remote end Substations 8047S/S
