I recently tried retiring early, to be a fulltime family caregiver and working only part time, and quickly found out, that retirement was not for me! I was finally able to return to Florida and I am really looking forward to returning to the business world after the pandemic! I may have been away from the outside working world for a brief time (Pandemic related), but I have retained the knowledge and skills I have acquired, and I have all of my experiences to draw upon, to be most customer-focused, resourceful and efficient Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for your organization!

I was so fortunate to gain experience in so many clerical, administrative and customer service roles throughout my career, working mainly in healthcare and medical environments (not all reflected on resume) which also includes supervisory experience in business offices for hospitals, assisted living facilities, clinical-nursing (in hospitals and nursing homes) and general business management. Over time, I have perfected my time management and organizational skills, so I am able to support multiple departments and executives at one time. Providing support to several departments simultaneously really pushed me to be a better problem solver; to assess tasks quickly, to streamline processes and find solutions if needed, and to always meet task deadlines. I have had specialized problem-solving training, which has proved invaluable in business operations! More specifically, my administrative experience includes reception, customer service, project management, data tracking, report generation, correspondence, calendar management, extensive meeting scheduling, sales and marketing, HR, payroll and Onboarding, expense processing, creating proposals, contracts, presentations, and assisting with policies and procedures. I am always interested in expanding my knowledge and skill set and I am always looking to assume new tasks and challenges!
