Currently searching for my opportunity to continue growth in fix operations. Previous I was the Service Manager for Mac Haik of Victoria. I am largely focused on customer service and communication throughout the department. In my time there I was able to grow gross and implement new programs. Prior to that I was a shop foreman and master certified Automotive technician at Kia of Abilene. With my time at Kia I was in charge of daily shop operation where I would dispatch work, ensure quality control and work with the service manager on work projection. When needed I would also assist the service drive with setting appointments, greeting customers, answer phones and provide quotes to customers. I am highly self motivated, energetic and customer service oriented. Currently I also work at Crunch fitness as a Group Fitness Instructor teaching fitness classes and coaching a large group of individuals on their fitness goals.
