PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:

I have 40+ years of experience in all areas of Requirements Management, Configuration Management both Software and Hardware, and Data Management, including software builds creation, maintaining baselines and testing. I am very well versed in database administration activities including installing and upgrading products; creating and maintaining database objects; performing data exports and imports; and running maintenance scripts. I have created specific training material and trained the engineering/user community on multiple COTS products within the Configuration Management/Requirements arena. Most recently supported the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, and Systems Engineering Branch of Marine Corps Systems Command’s System Engineering, Interoperability, and Architectures and Technology (SIAT) division.
