At Immanuel house Transitional, I work closely with parole division in assisting participants in maintaining community connections. I was challenged with the task of running a felon program consisting of 15 felons at any given time. I also supervised, hired, fired and did payroll for over 7 employees at the facility. While I did have an assistant, budgeting, invoicing, petty cash and scheduling were some of my other duties. Due to our specific contract I network and obtain employment and training for our participants, facilitate curriculum and assist with housing after graduation.
